Everything was well written and simple to understand (: I don't think there is a need for improvement!

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I kept the freckles, made him more feminine like, kept to the color scheme, and tried to incorporate the "tackiness"! I wanted him to be kinda eccentric, and maybe a tiny bit creepy! Haha
